Last April, Bruno our co-founder, accidentally sent an email with the business results to people and clients who subscribed to our newsletter instead of sending it to investors. It was a stressful day in terms of the reactions and consequences that this major mistake would cause. However, unexpected positive results came out!
Indeed, Bruno received feedback that congratulated him as much for the good month as for his transparency. The Sustainability section was then added to our website in order to be totally transparent with our customers, from our carbon neutrality to our work culture without forgetting the relationship with our supplier.
